Production time on Alice Pierre pieces may vary due to the nature of handmade jewelry. Most pieces are ready to ship within 5-10 days business days. However, keep in mind pieces that require engraving, stone-setting, and enamel may take up to 12 business days to complete. Orders are shipped once all items in the order are complete, unless noted otherwise. Please note that the shipping method selected will not expedite the production time of your order. If you have a rush order request, please send us an email at customerservice@alicepierre.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

For all repair inquiries, please email customerservice@alicepierre.com.  Include your name, description of the repair required, photo of damage, and proof of purchase.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of repair. We will return your repairs item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking information as soon as it ships.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, most sales are final. Please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. If you have questions or concerns prior to making a purchase, send us an email at customerservice@alicepierre.com or give us a call at (323) 364-6472. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for a response. 

All international orders are final sale. Custom orders and personalized pieces (i.e. initials, names, zodiacs, words, altered products) are final sale. If you receive an item in error or a damaged item, please email us at customerservice@alicepierre.com within 24 hours of receipt. 

To make a full refund return request for an item you are not satisfied with, please email us within 24 hours of delivery date, as indicated by courier notification, with your return request and order number included in the email. Any requests made after 24 hours upon order receipt will allow for exchange or store credit only. If a return is approved, you will receive a prepaid and insured return label. Items should be sent back within 3 days of return label issuance to receive credit. Items returned after 3 days of return label issuance will allow for store credit only. Please note shipping charges will be deducted from any credit and/or refund. 

All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Once the return is inspected and accepted, the customer will receive a refund in the original form of payment or store credit/ gift card, excluding shipping and restocking fees.
