REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, most sales are final. Please note the measurements and scale of all products before purchasing. If you have any additional questions or concerns prior to making a purchase, send us an email at email@example.com or give us a call at (323) 364-6472. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for a response.
All international orders are final sale. Custom orders (including altered products) and personalized pieces (including initials, names, zodiacs) are final sale. If you receive an item in error or a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
To make a full refund return request for an item you are not satisfied with, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your return request and order number included in the email. Any requests made after 24 hours upon order receipt will allow for exchange or store credit only. If a return is approved, you will receive a prepaid and insured return label. Items should be sent back within 5 days of return label issuance to receive credit. Items returned after 5 days of return label issuance will allow for store credit only. Please note shipping charges will be deducted from any credit and/or refund.
All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Once the return is inspected and accepted, the customer will receive a refund in the original form of payment or store credit/ gift card, excluding shipping fees.
